Free standard shipping is included with all guitars when you purchase direct from our Online Store.

Free standard shipping is included with all our guitars. This service generally takes 3-4 weeks to most countries. Delivery is by your country's local postal service such as USPS (USA), Parcelforce (UK), La Poste (FR), Deutsche Post (DE), Japan Post (JP) etc.

Express services are available at additional cost to most locations.

Customers should always make themselves familiar with local customs, duty and restrictions. We have shipped guitars to every corner of the globe without issues, but unfortunately we aren't up to speed on all the latest regulations.

Hassle-free returns

Purchasing a guitar online is daunting. Though we think our instruments and reputation speaks for itself, we understand the truly personal nature of this commitment. So if you are unhappy with your guitar you can arrange to return it within seven days.

Simply contact us within seven days and we'll work with you to exchange it for another, or return the guitar for a refund. Please see our refund policy for more information.
