Every instrument is securely packaged and fully insured, with tracking provided once dispatched.
Delivery Options
Free Standard Shipping
Included with all guitars. Delivery typically takes around 3–5 weeks via your country’s postal service.
Express Shipping
Recommended for most orders. Delivery is usually under one week to major locations worldwide.
Courier services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS can be arranged on request where required.
Dispatch
Most guitars are dispatched within 1–2 business days following final setup and inspection. Orders requiring pickup installation or customisation may take slightly longer.
USA Tariffs
All prices for USA orders are inclusive of tariffs.
We work with a US Customs broker to ensure a smooth import process, with no additional tariffs, duties or taxes payable on delivery.
