Ben Harper plays a Richard Wilson Style 3 Weissenborn guitar.
Harper plays an eclectic mix of blues, folk, soul, reggae, and rock music. and is known for his guitar-playing skills, vocals, live performances, and activism. Harper is a three-time Grammy Award winner and seven-time nominee, with awards for Best Pop Instrumental Performance and Best Traditional Soul Gospel Album in 2004 and Best Blues Album in 2013.
Jacob Raagaard is a Lap Steel guitarist from Denmark. Jacob started his music journey on a regular guitar, taking his first guitar lesson at a Danish music school at the age of 11.
Recently, Jacob Raagaard debuted his sublime album for CandyRat Records, Sundown Slide - which was performed on a Richard Wilson Tasmanian Blackwood Style 3 Weissenborn guitar.
In 2019 Bob Minner visited the workshop while on tour in Australia with Tim McGraw. There he tried out several guitars including a Hawaiian Koa Style 4 and a Tasmanian Blackwood Style 3.
Bob currently owns a Tasmanian Blackwood Style 4.
