Harper plays an eclectic mix of blues, folk, soul, reggae, and rock music. and is known for his guitar-playing skills, vocals, live performances, and activism. Harper is a three-time Grammy Award winner and seven-time nominee, with awards for Best Pop Instrumental Performance and Best Traditional Soul Gospel Album in 2004 and Best Blues Album in 2013.
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Byron Bay Bluesfest, headline artist Ben Harper was presented with a Style 3 Weissenborn guitar by Richard Wilson. The guitar has since accompanied Harper on tours throughout the world.

About Ben Harper's Guitar
RW Style 3 Weissenborn
Ben Harper's Style 3 Weissenborn Guitar was crafted from master grade Tasmanian Blackwood and features traditional appointments including an intricate rope marquetry binding and soundhole rosette. Intricately engraved nickel tuning machines were selected to match an ornate Byron Bay Bluesfest logo that was engraved into the rear of the headstock.
