Purchasing a guitar online is daunting. Though we think our instruments and reputation speaks for itself, we understand the truly personal nature of this commitment. So if you are unhappy with your guitar you can arrange to return it within seven days.
Simply contact us within seven days and we'll work with you to exchange it for another, or return the guitar for a refund. Please see our refund policy for more information.
