Returns & Refunds
We offer a free 7-day return policy on all stock guitars, provided they are returned in their original condition with no wear, damage or modifications.
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your guitar and we will gladly walk you through this simple process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges or modificationsÂ
Within this 7 day period we are happy to make modifications or exchange your guitar for another we have available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe an item is defective or damaged.
If a shipment has arrived damaged, we advise that you take extensive, clear photographs of the packaging prior to opening it. We also recommend you do not sign for any shipment that has damage without first filing a report with the delivery company or agent.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Guitars that feature extensive modifications such as pickup installation or other customisations will incur a restocking fee of up to 10% to return the instrument to a saleable condition.
We do not accept returns on sale items or items that were sold as-is, such as factory seconds, used instruments or demo models.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Tariffs
Refunds will be less any tariffs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees that have been paid on behalf of customers at any stage.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Order cancellation
Due to the quick processing of orders and the extensive setup each handcrafted guitar undergoes, along with the costs associated with shipping and customs documentation, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
