I wanted to do something special for my 400th guitar, and this absolutely incredible AAAAA / Master Grade Australian Blackwood fit the bill... and then some! This is hands down the most incredibly figured piece of tonewood I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The richest, deepest fiddleback/flame figuring I have ever seen covers every inch of this show-stopper, while some incredible curved grain forms a truly unique pattern on the back, with dark streaks, a sapwood highlight and every band of figure perfectly converging.
